As a licensed agent in our system, your primary focus will be speaking with clients, identifying their coverage needs, and helping them secure appropriate life insurance solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Conduct scheduled client conversations by phone or virtual appointment
- Present life insurance options that meet client needs
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
- Participate in structured training and mentorship programs
- Follow established production and activity guidelines
- Continue developing product knowledge and communication skills
Qualifications
- Active Life Insurance License in Georgia (preferred)
- License in good standing with the state insurance department
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable work habits
- Willingness to participate in mentorship and structured training
- Commitment to consistent activity and long-term growth
- Applicants who are not yet licensed but qualify for the Georgia Temporary License pathway may also be considered.
