Job Description
The Opportunity
Sharp Performance is looking for a Performance Coach to provide high-quality, one-on-one coaching to high-risk professionals. In this role, you’ll help law enforcement officers, firefighters, and other frontline professionals strengthen their mental performance, stress management skills, and resilience. You’ll work closely with our coaching team, utilizing evidence-based strategies to support members’ personal and professional growth.
How you’ll make an impact
- Deliver High-Performance Coaching: Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions focused on improving performance, stress management, and resilience-building.
- Empower High-Risk Professionals: Equip frontline professionals with the mental tools they need to thrive in high-stakes environments.
- Maintain Accurate Member Notes: Document session insights and track progress for continuous member support.
- Collaborate with Coaching Leadership: Work with Coach Team Leads to enhance coaching strategies and address specific member needs.
- Engage in Team Development: Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to the overall growth of Sharp Performance.

- Proven Coaching Expertise: Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality performance coaching aligned with industry best practices.
- Strong Communication & Trust-Building Skills: Ability to connect with first responders, establish trust, and create a meaningful impact.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Slack, Calendly, and Google Suite to optimize workflows and enhance the coaching experience.
- Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to work with diverse professionals and tailor coaching methods to their specific needs.
- Commitment to Continuous Learning: Passion for professional development and staying at the forefront of cognitive performance coaching.
