Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree preferably in a business-related area
- 10+ years of Group Medical and Employee Benefits experience
- Proven ability to establish and maintain mutually respectful relationships
- Previous experience managing a General Agency channel relationship
- Possesses superb interpersonal and communications skills
- Working knowledge of CRM Systems
- Working knowledge of PCs, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint software
- Willingness to travel 25 – 75% of time (depending on home location)
