Role Description
Your journey as a PMO Manager starts here! As a PMO Manager, you will lead a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering Epicor consulting projects and overseeing consultants performing implementation work. You will be responsible for establishing strong project governance, driving delivery quality, and ensuring operational excellence across the portfolio.
What you will be doing:
- Set clear goals and objectives for the project management team while coaching and mentoring Project Managers to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Shape the vision, strategy, and execution of Epicor’s consulting services business for Distribution and Building Supply customers.
- Analyze engagement profitability and project risk, recommending delivery approaches that balance customer satisfaction with margin and risk management.
- Monitor and communicate expectations around key business metrics including utilization, revenue generation, client responsiveness, customer satisfaction, and employee development.
- Proactively coach Project Managers to reduce escalations and improve delivery outcomes across the portfolio.
- Ensure consulting operations are aligned with Epicor objectives and evolving client needs, maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and track career management plans for team members while maintaining team chargeability and delivery readiness.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success and knowledge in the software industry.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing employees.
- 3+ years of product support or consulting experience preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers, consultants, executives, and internal stakeholders.
