Job Requirements
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) required.
- Experience working with Chinese speaking clients, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese and English; to assist with client interactions, documentation, and case file management.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a legal or client-focused setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

The intern will support global privacy rights intake, triage, and fulfillment, while maintaining and updating privacy records and internal documentation repositories. Responsibilities also include assisting with data flow mapping, preparing materials for risk assessments, and conducting research on emerging privacy regulations.
The core duties involve coordinating the transition process for clients referred out or no longer represented by the firm, which includes preparing and sending accurate physical or digital file transfers while maintaining confidentiality. This role also requires drafting notification letters to all relevant parties and maintaining detailed records of all transition activities in internal databases.
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements while ensuring all contracts comply with company policies, laws, and regulations. This role involves close collaboration with internal counsel and business stakeholders to align contract language with legal strategy and commercial objectives.
