Job Description

• Build and scale a seamless experience from a candidate’s first interaction with Freshpaint through their first days as an employee. • Own the experience from the moment a candidate visits our careers page through the interview process and into their onboarding as a new hire. • Design and operate the systems that ensure every candidate and employee interaction reflects who we are. • Over the next two years, your mission is to build and scale a world-class candidate and employee experience.

Job Requirements

  • You are extremely proficient in Ashby - meaning you know Ashby better than the people who work at Ashby.
  • Own the end to end candidate experience from application through offer and acceptance
  • Coordinate & schedule interviews and ensure clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Identify friction in the hiring process and proactively improve it
  • Maintain clean, accurate ATS data and drive scorecard completion in Ashby
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes organized and moving quickly
  • Design and operate a structured onboarding experience that helps new hires ramp quickly
  • Continuously improve the candidate and onboarding experience based on feedback and operational insights
  • Ensure every interaction with Freshpaint feels thoughtful, organized, and high-ownership
