Job Description

• Support the development and expansion of risk assessment and monitoring activities, the delivery of meaningful data and analytics to senior leadership, and the development and tracking of timely and targeted corrective actions. • Support compliance testing activities, driving continuous improvements and continual expansion into additional risk areas. • Participate in the creation and use of data analytics and machine learning to maximize organizational impact of assessment outcomes. • Develop relationships with internal customers and collaborate with multiple business functions as a trusted business partner in providing risk assessment and monitoring guidance while ensuring the successful operation of RTX’s compliance programs. • Use technical skills to develop, maintain and improve solutions to mature the data environment and automation, including Sharepoint, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and Tableau.

Job Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Experience working within a compliance or audit function, specifically supporting and executing the performance of audits and assessments.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and assessments.
  • Previous experience analyzing and turning robust streams of data into actionable insights for stakeholders to consider.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Experience with SAP.
