MuleHide, a part of ABC Supply, North America’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is looking for a talented, enthusiastic technical professional who loves to deliver world-class service as an expert in low-slope commercial roofing systems.

We are currently looking for a Technical Services Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be a resource to roofing contractors, architects, distribution partners, territory managers and others needing technical expertise related to commercial roofing systems; the areas of concentration being single-plies, modified bitumen, and elastomeric coatings. 

If you are experienced in commercial roofing systems, the installation process, and have a passion for solving problems, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Specific duties include:

• Responding to phone calls and emails to provide technical solutions
• Provide clear oral and written communication regarding product and system installation instructions
• Able to interpret and apply information regarding UL, FM, or other code compliant assemblies
• Timely processing of information using online software. Tasks include review of warranty applications, inspection reports and project documents and requirements.
• Capable of reviewing and understanding construction specifications and blueprints

Specific qualifications include:

• Knowledgeable and able to demonstrate experience with Single-Plies, Modified Bitumen and various Coatings products/systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with organization skills
• Strong computer skills
• Field technical experience and/or sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual-Spanish, a plus
• Some travel may be required
