Job Requirements

- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI design

Senior Product Designer creating intuitive experiences for AI-native mortgage tools.
This role focuses on building and evolving a design system by serving as the decision-maker at the intersection of design and front-end engineering, using strong hands-on experience in both product design and React. Key tasks include leading the development of core components, establishing token architecture mapped between Figma and code, and driving adoption to measurably improve layout consistency across product surfaces.
The Product Designer will be responsible for designing customer-facing interfaces, including data dashboards and operational workflows, ensuring complex, data-heavy products feel intuitive. They will also shape the company's visual identity across marketing materials and collaborate closely with product and engineering from concept through implementation.
