What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain reports using Crystal Reports 2013 or higher.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data queries.
- Build and enhance reports using SSRS and Visual Studio environments.
- Develop internal applications driven by process and compliance needs using SQL, C+, Python, and related tools.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle—from gathering business requirements to deployment and support.
- Analyze system data and recommend improvements to processes, reports, and applications.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of Experience with Crystal Reports (2013+), SQL, SSRS, Visual Studio, Python, and C+.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex tasks at once.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server (2008R2 or higher) and Microsoft Office Suite, including Access and Excel.
- Experience in healthcare—especially dental—is a plus (but not required).

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $96,000 - $116,000 a year, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.
Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
