Job Description

• UX and UI design enhancements for ouraring.com, with a focus on eCommerce feature launches and forward-thinking web strategy • Work closely with product managers and developers to optimize and iterate on web-based features • Translate product requirements into simple and intuitive user-friendly design • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web design • Recommend and test UX/UI improvements by processing quantitative and qualitative data and conducting user research • Collaborate and share feedback with Oura’s creative and app design teams to maintain visual consistency across channels

Job Requirements

4+ years experience as a UI/UX designer
History of launching successful consumer-facing eCommerce products
Figma expertise in building and maintaining design systems
A solid understanding of web technologies and responsive design principles
A portfolio showcasing high quality, thoughtful UI and UX work
Experience driving user research activities a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines
The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with international groups and distributed teams a plus
