• Lead the design, delivery and execution of SAP FSM projects for customers, using best practices, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction • Participate in presales activities with customers to support potential SAP opportunities • Provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work • Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for Field Service Management-specific business processes • Configure SAP FSM including Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, Workflow, Mobile App, Crowd Service, Checklists, and Analytics • Advise customers in best practices in Field Service, including scheduling optimization, mobile operations, SLAs, and technician enablement • Perform Functional Unit Testing for developed FRICEW objects and work with onshore and offshore developers to resolve defects • Deliver user training, solution demos, and change management support • Create solution documentation, functional specs, process maps, and configuration guides.
