- Experience in business development in the Power Generation sector
- Proven track record of expanding customer accounts and managing relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Understanding of electric motor solutions and related technologies
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software
