Job Description

• You take strategic responsibility for multiple Salesforce clients and continuously advance their systems • Advise decision-makers on an equal footing and proactively identify new optimization opportunities in sales, service, and marketing processes • Provide subject-matter leadership to consultants in the service area and actively share your experience with junior colleagues • Bring best practices from managed services and actively help develop our service division

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Salesforce consulting or in comparable roles with direct client responsibility
  • Solid Salesforce knowledge, ideally with certifications in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
  • Experience advising clients strategically and translating complex requirements into concrete solutions
