Job Description

• Develop and execute business plans with distribution partners to achieve revenue, growth, and market share objectives. • Actively manage all distributor relationships within the assigned territory, including performance reviews, training, inventory planning, and joint sales activities. • Prospect and recruit new channel partners where needed, ensuring strong market coverage. • Drive new business through distribution by securing product specifications at OEMs, end users, and EPC/engineering firms. • Provide proactive support to distributors to help identify opportunities, build pipelines, and convert demand into orders. • Deliver technical, product, and application support for channel partners to enhance their ability to sell Sprecher + Schuh products. • Help develop and execute marketing programs, promotions, and product launch initiatives for the channel. • Conduct joint sales calls with distributors to strategic accounts and prospects. • Provide field market intelligence, including competitive insights, pricing trends, and industry developments. • Support channel partners with application design, product selection, and custom product requests as required. • Coordinate and deliver distributor training, "Lunch and Learns," webinars, and product demonstrations. • Represent Sprecher + Schuh at industry events, channel conferences, and trade shows. • Ensure adherence to all Environmental, Safety, Security, and Quality policies, including ISO and Rockwell Automation requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years relevant experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • The ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customers
