• Ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues • Answer incoming communications from customers

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or telecommunications
  • 2+ years of accounting experience or equivalent explaining financial information
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • High speed internet (>15 mbps)
