Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Vacation Planners. In this role, you will assist clients in planning memorable vacations by recommending destinations, coordinating travel arrangements, and helping create personalized travel experiences. This position is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, and leisure travel

  • Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences

  • Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations and activities

  • Provide recommendations based on clients travel preferences and budget

  • Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and industry updates

  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning process

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Interest in travel and tourism

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Comfortable learning new booking systems and travel tools

  • Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
