- 1-3 years in a Provider Contracting or Healthcare Administration role is required
- Reside in Central Pennsylvania (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytic skills and financial acumen
- Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and influencing skills
- Exceptional work ethic and willingness to succeed
- Multilingual language skills are highly desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
