Job Description

• Assessing GSE guidelines and analyzing data, • Monitoring industry changes and recommending changes to policy, • Managing updates to underwriting guidelines and preparing communications, • Conducting independent research and presenting recommendations to management, • Partnering with business leaders to implement policy changes, • Supporting projects and participating in user acceptance testing, • Serving as backup for escalations and managing critical matters.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience,
  • 5 or more years of prior work-related experience,
  • Prior work experience in the insurance, financial services, or mortgage banking field required;
  • Credit policy, loan processing or underwriting experience preferred,
  • Thorough knowledge of mortgage origination and servicing processes,
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word and Excel,
  • Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot,
  • Ability to support multiple assignments and stakeholders,
  • Ability to work with varying levels within the organization,
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills,
  • Advanced communication skills.
