Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience,
- 5 or more years of prior work-related experience,
- Prior work experience in the insurance, financial services, or mortgage banking field required;
- Credit policy, loan processing or underwriting experience preferred,
- Thorough knowledge of mortgage origination and servicing processes,
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word and Excel,
- Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot,
- Ability to support multiple assignments and stakeholders,
- Ability to work with varying levels within the organization,
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills,
- Advanced communication skills.
