Job Description

• Oversee live, tactical operations of 60+ locations across a national hub and spoke network • Design, build, and execute data-based alerting for resource allocation • Collaborate with central teams to prioritize initiatives for customer experience • Interface with central and ground teams across a 24/7 support network

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • 2-4+ years’ experience in on-the-ground warehousing or logistics
  • Familiarity with SQL or data manipulation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent Excel / Google Sheets / data analysis skills
  • Ability to solve problems from first principles
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams in operations-heavy environments
  • Ability to flex between live escalations and operation details
