Job Description

• Manage development and implementation of CI/CD scripting and automation for ServiceNow deployments. • Gather requirements from development teams and stakeholders for CI/CD pipeline enhancements. • Develop and test CI/CD deployment prototypes; implement approved scripts using ServiceNow-native tooling. • Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipeline configurations for reliable, repeatable deployments. • Develop ServiceNow Reports and Dashboards supporting CI/CD metrics and release visibility. • Collaborate with development leads and Scrum Masters on release planning and deployment scheduling. • Apply ITIL Release and Change Management practices within the CI/CD workflow. • Document CI/CD procedures, runbooks, and deployment standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math or equivalent (or 8 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of the degree requirement for a total of 13+ years of experience)
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience with exposure to CI/CD or DevOps automation.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow DevOps, ATF, or source control integration.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Release and Change Management processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Reports and Dashboards.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Ability to obtain public trust clearance
