Job Description
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must be a U.S citizen and able to pass an FBI background check as this is required by our customers.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft D365 CRM consulting, including hands-on configuration and customization. Similar system configuration will be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft D365 CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
- Experience with Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
