Job Description
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or HR Technology; experience with HR data is required.
- Prior experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and excellent understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting technologies (e.g., Snowflake, SQL).
- Ability to understand the business context and use cases for different types of HR data, especially domain knowledge across Talent.

The Senior Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, leading the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption. Key technical duties involve designing and architecting scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks for complex healthcare data ingestion and transformation.
