Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting or 10+ years of industry experience in a relevant role
- Relevant licensure/certification(s), including at least five years of industry experience in a relevant director-level leadership (e.g. Registered Nurse, Social Worker)
- Bachelors Degree required in health or related field from an accredited college/university, or equivalent training/experience
- Masters Degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Candidates without a Masters Degree must enroll in a Masters program and earn their degree within three years of being hired into the role
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and benchmarking tools
- Credible as a subject matter expert in specific domain of expertise
- Expanded operational knowledge of care management, proper status assignment, portal of entry management, patient placement, throughput processes, discharge barrier mitigation, and post acute care
- Expected to actively participate in Throughput initiatives and independently lead smaller initiatives to enhance process improvement initiatives.
