- 1+ years of experience in marketing, property management, or digital advertising.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Google Business Profile management.
- Experience with ILS platforms such as Apartments.com, Zillow, and RentCafe is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
