Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Manhattan Labor Management (MLM) and supply chain consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, computer science or related equivalent.
- Experience with Manhattan Labor Management System (MLM) concepts and configuration.
- Experience with warehousing and logistic process design and process improvement.
- Experience with engineered labor standards, preferred.
- Experience conducting frequency and time studies, preferred.
- Experience with applying labor standards to measure and conduct operational improvements.

The Manager of Clinical Supply Chain is responsible for managing drug supply activities including planning, label development, packaging, and distribution for clinical programs, ensuring continuous supply while minimizing waste and risk. This role involves representing Clinical Supply Chain on Study Teams, developing supply plans, monitoring production schedules, managing GMP inventory, and overseeing external vendor activities.
