Job Description

• Participate in solution design and analysis along with the implementation project team. • Share best practices and provide guidance to clients throughout duration of the project. • Produce a detailed functional design document to match client requirements. • Co-implement the configuration of the solution. • Guide client through system implementation of additional functionality. • Prioritize issues and projects. • Identify clients’ problems, opportunities and risks. • Gather and analyze relevant data. • Conduct client interviews and facility visits. • Work with clients to implement solutions. • Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with clients. • Participate in internal projects as required. • Participate in pre-sales activities as needed. • Participate in industry and marketing activities as needed. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Manhattan Labor Management (MLM) and supply chain consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, computer science or related equivalent.
  • Experience with Manhattan Labor Management System (MLM) concepts and configuration.
  • Experience with warehousing and logistic process design and process improvement.
  • Experience with engineered labor standards, preferred.
  • Experience conducting frequency and time studies, preferred.
  • Experience with applying labor standards to measure and conduct operational improvements.
