• Execute full-cycle payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees using UKG Pro • Process payroll adjustments including retro pay, off-cycle runs, bonuses, and terminations • Validate time and attendance data and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll close • Administer payroll deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings • Configure, maintain, and audit multi-state payroll tax setups to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. • Set up and maintain state-specific tax codes, reciprocity rules, and local jurisdiction taxes within payroll systems. • Monitor employee work location changes and apply correct tax withholdings based on nexus, residency, and sourcing rules • Audit payroll registers and reconcile payroll reports each cycle • Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee data and timely payroll changes • Respond to employee payroll questions with a focus on accuracy and service
