  • Collaborate with internal teams—Event Services, Marketing, Ticket Operations, Broadcast, and Accounting—to ensure seamless fulfillment of partnership agreements.
  • Lead all aspects of corporate partnership execution, including signage, events, promotions, and client communications.
  • Prepare annual recaps and create initiatives to enhance partner satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Attend events, promotions, and corporate functions as required, maintaining a strong presence across properties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
  • 5–7+ years of sales experience, preferably in major league sports, media, or corporate sponsorships.
  • Proven success in developing and managing high-value, strategic partnerships.
  • Strong prospecting, analytical, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales goals in competitive markets.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce or KORE.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and navigate a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, events, and holidays.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with commission opportunities ($100,000–$120,000).
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) savings plan with employer matching.
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick days, and 11 holidays.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-profile, fast-paced live entertainment environment.
