Excited to set the tone for an exceptional candidate experience? As a Coordinator for the Sales Recruiting team, you will interact with candidates, recruiters, and sales management on a daily basis to ensure the overall hiring process for our workforce is running smoothly. Managing communication among candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers with tact and diplomacy is critical. Your attention to detail and communication skills are the key to success in this role.
A big part of the Recruiting Coordinator's role is maintaining the daily functions of the sales recruiting department. You will support a high volume recruiting process by:
- Screening resumes
- Coordinating interviews
- Responding to candidate questions
- Partnering closely with your team to maintain the integrity of our recruiting database
This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, HS Diploma or GED (required)
- Prior experience working in a recruiting organization (required; a minimum of 1 year preferred)
- Strong interest in recruiting (required)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high energy and synergistic work environment
- Impeccable organizational skills & high attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization desired
- Experience with an ATS and Google Suite
- Ability to take initiative, ownership, and start work without direction highly desired
- Proven track record of being a proactive problem solver
- Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Requirements
- Work closely with a team of coordinators and recruiters to manage a flawless candidate experience from start to finish
- Coordinate a high volume hiring process, leveraging our ATS and scheduling tools
- Initiate all candidate background checks via HireRight, maintaining a high level of discretion
- Draft all new hire offer letters using the appropriate templates
- Communicate professionally and with integrity at all times
- Contribute to process and communication improvements
- Monitor the candidate pipeline daily to ensure timely movement through the process and adherence to all SOPs
