Role Description

The Martech Architect bridges marketing strategy and technical execution — designing how data, automation, and personalization flow across platforms. This role aligns Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or related tools) with CRM, Data Cloud, and web ecosystems to deliver unified customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design the integration architecture across CRM, Marketing Cloud, and data platforms.
  • Define audience segmentation, data activation, and campaign automation strategies.
  • Work with marketing and data teams to align journeys, triggers, and KPIs.
  • Establish governance for marketing data models, consent management, and API usage.
  • Recommend and implement Martech stack enhancements aligned with business growth.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in marketing technology architecture or CRM integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of first-party data strategy, CDP concepts, and API integrations.
  • Ability to translate marketing goals into technical automation frameworks.

Preferred Skills / Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Data Cloud, Journey Builder, and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
  • Familiarity with analytics and attribution models.
  • Understanding of privacy frameworks (GDPR, CASL, CCPA).
  • Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is nice-to-have to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
