• Personally build and maintain the company's core financial model, including revenue forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range planning • Own the annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasting in close partnership with department heads • Serve as the primary financial thought partner to the leadership team, delivering actionable analysis and recommendations on a day-to-day basis • Lead investor relations support, including preparation of board materials, investor updates, and fundraising data rooms • Design and build a metrics and reporting framework from the ground up, establishing the KPIs and operational dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into business performance • Construct and manage headcount planning models and total compensation analysis • Develop pipeline analysis, quota modeling, and go-to-market ROI frameworks • Evaluate strategic opportunities including new markets, partnerships, and potential M&A through rigorous, hands-on financial analysis • Translate financial data into compelling narratives for internal leadership and external stakeholders • Build the FP&A infrastructure, tooling, and processes that will support the company through its next stages of growth
