The Senior Relationship Manager Mid-Market acts as a strategic partner, managing a portfolio of 20 to 30 complex retirement plans to ensure retention and profitability, while serving as the primary point of contact for seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. This role involves cultivating deep relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on plan design and industry trends, leading reviews, and collaborating with sales and service teams to drive business growth and resolve complex client issues.
