Job Description

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants to understand position requirements and support execution of hiring plans. • Manage a portion of the full recruitment lifecycle for select entry to mid-level roles under guidance. • Develop candidate pipelines through job postings, database searches, referrals, social media sourcing, and proactive outreach. • Conduct initial resume screening and recruiter phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and alignment. • Coordinate interviews, collect structured feedback, and ensure timely communication between candidates and stakeholders. • Ensure a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and process transparency. • Support offer preparation, approvals, and Workday/ATS updates in alignment with internal processes. • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and documentation. • Assist in employer branding initiatives including job fairs, campus engagement, and social media outreach when required. • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, diversity guidelines, and fair hiring practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition coordination
  • Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
