Job Description
• Responsible for the management and retention of existing accounts in an assigned territory
• Make outbound sales calls to close business and/or secure appointments for regional sales executives
• Meet and exceed territory volume growth objectives
• Make service calls to the existing account base
• Develop and manage strong sustainable relationships with the customer base
• Record complete service and call activity daily using CRM software
• Communicate effectively and work in conjunction with regional account executives and regional account managers
• Provide regular updates to the Inside Sales Manager on existing customers, pipeline, and monthly call reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred
- 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience
- Laboratory experience is a plus
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key physicians and office staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
