Job Requirements
- Minimum Education: BA or BS.
- Minimum Experience: 3 years in a health care and/or sustainability role.
- Combined experience/education as a substitute for minimum experience.
- Minimum Field of Expertise: Process improvement, project management, and/or change management.
- Preferred Education: Relevant graduate study and/or certifications.
- Combined experience/education as a substitute considered.
- Preferred Experience: 4+ years of Experience working in a matrix organization or with multiple teams.
- Experience working in a virtual organization.
- Familiarity with nonprofit advocacy and/or membership-based organizations.
- Preferred Field of Expertise: Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects across teams
- Experience facilitating both collaborative learning experiences and multi-stakeholder strategy sessions
- Healthcare sustainability or general environmental sustainability experience considered an asset
