• Provide strategic financial governance and operational oversight for construction projects • Lead audits and compliance on Cost Per Passings • Analyze and evaluate Bills of Materials (BOMs) to determine appropriate labor rates • Monitor and enforce Outside Plant (OSP) performance against established CPP thresholds • Oversee project financial performance, ensuring projects remain within approved budgets • Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Review and ensure invoices are accurately coded to the correct work orders • Verify and maintain BOM accuracy for construction projects • Assist the Construction team with preparing and submitting requisitions for materials and services • Audit work orders for compliance with project standards and financial accuracy • Prepare and distribute regular reports on project financials
