About the Team:

At IQVIA, our Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) team is dedicated to integrating the patient voice into medical research and development. Projects range in size, type, and across multiple disease areas, and include survey development, modification, and validation to support medical product development; strategic consulting for regulatory needs; exploratory analyses of existing data; literature review and gap analysis; and non-interventional studies with conceptualization, primary data collection, analysis, interpretation/synthesis, and dissemination phases. You'll enjoy a rewarding career in a collaborative, multicultural environment that values growth and development.

Role Overview:

Project Management Analysts (PMA) are an integral part of consultative research projects with a primary research component, including qualitative projects, exit interview projects, and observational surveys. They work closely with project teams to improve patients’ lives by helping Sponsors measure and understand disease and treatment burden. The PMA works in partnership with Engagement (Study) Leads, providing support with operational tasks and project management activities to mitigate risk, control cost, manage project schedule, and ensure customer satisfaction related to assigned projects.

  • Coordinate and schedule project activities (internal/external meetings, document production/reviews, interviews with patients/KOLs) and ensure timely updates of all key milestones and partner with Engagement Lead on related calls where these activities are discussed.

  • Manage all aspects of the Project Finances including invoicing, managing vendor budgets, labor forecasting, and project accrual. Work with Sales Operations teams to draft Change Orders when applicable.

  • Ensure Engagement Lead and department management has timely and accurate data on areas including cost, schedule, scope, utilization, change orders and quality to support better decision-making. Monitor project metrics and make required updates in IQVIA systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting is available to senior management.

  • Develop and maintain relevant sections of Project Management Plans.

  • Prepare correspondence, including meeting minutes, for project team and/or client.

  • Organize and partner with Engagement Lead in managing internal project team and customer meetings.

  • Prepare project status reports and presentation materials for internal project team and client meetings.

  • Manage project specific eTraining, Adverse Event training, and support compliance.
