About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for key positions across the organization, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract top-tier talent. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our workforce and driving our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for varied roles across multiple departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods including direct sourcing, referrals, and job boards.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to improve hiring processes and strategies.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, including hard-to-fill and niche positions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare or HealthTech recruitment is preferred
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS).
  • Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruiting practices.
