Job Description
• Monitor and manage incoming client support requests
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions related to system functionality
• Perform system administration tasks, including setting up new client accounts
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new clients
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to test new features
Job Requirements
- Strong client service mindset
- Experience with software support, system administration, or operations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working across teams, including development, QA, and client-facing stakeholders
- Experience with TDS (Theatrical Distribution System) is a plus
