Job Description

At Qualia, we've built the leading B2B real estate technology that transforms the home buying and selling experience into a simple, secure, and enjoyable process. Our SMB and Enterprise products bring together users from across the real estate ecosystem---homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate agents---onto a single shared digital closing platform, providing greater clarity and transparency to real estate transactions. Today, through our business customers across the country, millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year.

  • Monitor customers' internal processes and procedures to ensure best practices are maintained, and identify areas of organizational risk and non-compliance
  • Leverage playbooks, scripts, coaching, and performance management to ensure consistent, repeatable execution
  • Assess client readiness for AI adoption and identify high-impact use cases for AI integration in title production, document processing, and compliance workflows
  • Guide clients in implementing AI-powered solutions for tasks such as document analysis, data extraction, commitment generation, and exception identification
  • Develop change management strategies that help clients successfully adopt AI tools while maintaining quality standards and team engagement
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies in real estate and title operations, translating innovations into practical client applications

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • 7+ years of experience in Title and Escrow operations
  • 5+ years of experience launching and overseeing Title and Escrow operations operating in multiple states or geographic regions within the United States
  • Extensive knowledge of title and escrow in multiple states to expertly manage operations across different regions
  • Experience in customizing, executing, and monitoring effective new process workflow rollouts within a centralized organization
  • Extensive experience in planning and overseeing the implementation of closing workflows and software implementations
  • Attention to detail with an unwavering high standard for quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while operating at a high level
  • Comfort with and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong and structured communication style, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated interest in or experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies in title operations
