Role Description
Deltek is seeking a Principal Business Analyst for our Global Enterprise Application Team. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise IT application solutions to enhance company-wide operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Running business process workshops
- Gathering and synthesizing requirements
- Conducting data analysis to support business cases
- Providing operational support for production systems
- Identifying and delivering strategic technology initiatives
- Analyzing challenges and proposing efficient solutions
This role requires strong business acumen, advanced communication, and proven analytical and critical thinking skills to maximize IT investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent; Master’s preferred
- 6–10 years as an IT or Business Systems Analyst
- 4–5 years implementing HR, Customer Success, or other enterprise applications in technology industries
- Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours
- Experience managing and cleansing customer data in HR systems
- Consulting background strongly preferred
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Blue Prism, UI Path) a plus
