Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, claims processing, or related healthcare operations.
- Expertise in claims lifecycle, medical billing, remittance, and healthcare regulations.
- Experience with X12 Healthcare transactions (835 required) and host system installations/migrations (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills, including working in Agile team environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for documenting solutions and delivering training.
