Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing cross-functional teams.

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects or programs from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project reviews.
• Continuously improve processes and drive operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Strong project and program management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with technical teams.

Requirements

• Agile or Scrum certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM).
• Experience managing enterprise or technology projects.
• Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Familiarity with risk management and governance frameworks.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
