Role Description

We need you for:

  • Develop new business by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers within the territory.
  • Lead strategic sales campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customized, workflow-based solutions.
  • Consult with laboratories to assess processes, optimize efficiency, and implement MADx technologies.
  • Build long-term relationships with clinicians, laboratory medical directors, and other key decision-makers in both public and private healthcare networks.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to adapt strategies and drive market penetration.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting via CRM tools and contribute to quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Support, and Marketing to ensure aligned customer engagement.
  • Uphold compliance and ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years’ experience in complex sales (capital equipment, medical devices, or diagnostics).
  • Proven track record in new business development and solution-based selling (at least 5 years).
  • Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics workflows & healthcare systems in the U.S. market.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Independent, field-based work style with regional travel flexibility.
