Role Description
We are partnering with a high-growth B2B technology platform serving the architecture and design industry. The company operates the leading digital marketplace connecting designers, architects, and brands with materials and product discovery tools used across thousands of design projects globally.
Due to continued growth, the team is hiring a Brand Enablement & Partnerships Specialist to strengthen relationships with brand partners and help them fully leverage the platform’s capabilities. This is a highly visible role focused on education, partner engagement, and executive-level relationship building across brand organizations and their sales rep networks.
What You’ll Do

Brand Enablement & Education
- Lead onboarding and enablement sessions for new brand partners and sales rep organizations
- Deliver ongoing training and refreshers as partner teams evolve
- Educate brand leadership on platform capabilities, tools, and ROI metrics

Executive Engagement
- Present platform value and strategic insights to senior brand leadership
- Communicate data-driven insights and dashboards to support business decisions

Partnership Development
- Build relationships with brand executives, field reps, and industry stakeholders
- Support adoption and engagement across partner organizations

Market Presence
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and brand offices
- Maintain a strong in-market presence with partners and the design community

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to align on partner strategy
- Ensure brand partners receive a seamless and consistent experience
Qualifications
- Experience working in the Architecture & Design (A&D) ecosystem, material brands, or related industries preferred
- Background in partner enablement, account management, brand partnerships, or sales enablement
Requirements
- Strong executive presence and presentation ability
- Ability to explain product value and ROI to business leaders
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and training skills
- Comfortable presenting insights and data to non-technical audiences
- Highly organized and self-directed
- Comfortable traveling to industry events and partner locations
