Role Description
This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing global supply chain planning operations, including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). The Vice President will drive strategies that ensure products are available at the right time, place, and cost while supporting business growth across multiple channels such as direct-to-consumer, retail, and marketplaces.
Working closely with cross-functional leaders in commercial, finance, procurement, and operations, this role will align supply chain capabilities with strategic business goals. The position also leads a distributed planning team and focuses on optimizing operational efficiency, improving forecast accuracy, and strengthening supplier relationships. - Lead and execute global demand, supply, and inventory planning strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Own the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning commercial forecasts, financial targets, and operational capacity into a unified plan.
- Develop and implement inventory strategies that balance service levels with working capital efficiency across multiple channels and regions.
- Establish policies for safety stock, replenishment, and slow/obsolete inventory management to optimize inventory health and minimize write-offs.
- Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships focused on improving lead times, delivery reliability, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, streamline workflows, reduce operational complexity, and increase supply chain resilience.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks related to capacity constraints, material shortages, and global disruptions.
- Oversee supply chain data governance, analytics, and system optimization including ERP and planning tools to ensure reliable insights and reporting.
- Provide regular KPI reporting and strategic recommendations to executive leadership on supply chain performance and improvement opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of supply, demand, and inventory planning professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management, including at least 10 years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes in complex, multi-channel organizations.
- Deep expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization across global operations.
- Experience managing supply chain operations across direct-to-consumer, retail, and marketplace channels.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing distributed or remote teams.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present complex supply chain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience implementing or optimizing ERP systems and advanced planning tools.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders across finance, operations, and commercial teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP) preferred.
- Experience in consumer products, skincare, or beauty industries and familiarity with contract manufacturing or packaging suppliers are considered advantages.
