Job Description

• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to ensure training content is impactful and retains learner engagement • Partner with senior Instructional Designers to leverage expertise and ensure accuracy and relevancy of training content • Work closely with Instructional Technologists to integrate technology solutions that enhance the learning experience • Implement feedback from learners, trainers, and stakeholders to continuously enhance training effectiveness • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches and best practices into designs • Consult/provide feedback as requested on concepts designs and release materials • Conduct course quality assurance reviews to ensure full functionality and accuracy • Participate in departmental and divisional initiatives

Job Requirements

2-3 years’ experience developing training for a variety of delivery modalities
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or related field
Master’s degree preferred
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
Proficiency in video editing (e.g., Camtasia)
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Excellent writing, communication, and copy-editing skills, with an eye for detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
