You will partner directly with C-suite and VP-level leaders to define hiring strategy, identify top-tier executive talent, and drive critical hires across technical and non-technical functions. This is a hands-on, strategic position where you will own full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles, influence organizational growth, and introduce structured processes, frameworks, and data-driven decision-making to enhance recruiting effectiveness. - Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive and leadership roles across technical and non-technical functions.
- Partner with C-suite and VP-level leaders to define role scope, hiring strategy, and organizational impact.
- Develop and execute executive search strategies, including market mapping, sourcing, and competitive offer negotiations.
- Build, scale, and refine leadership recruiting best practices, frameworks, and reporting systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with executive talent and investor networks to identify and engage top candidates.
- Support high-priority searches or special projects as needed, providing agility and strategic insight.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes by leveraging data, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on leadership or executive-level hiring.
- Proven ability to close top talent in competitive markets, handling complex compensation scenarios effectively.
- Strong experience managing relationships with C-level executives, founders, and key stakeholders.
- Deep business acumen and expertise in sourcing, market intelligence, and leadership talent landscapes across multiple functions.
- Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence hiring strategies from concept to execution.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable adopting and applying AI tools to enhance recruiting efficiency and decision-making.
