The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for building and executing the talent acquisition strategy across engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, and leadership roles globally. This includes owning the full-cycle recruiting process, defining processes, crafting the candidate experience, and establishing pipeline reporting and analytics.
