Job Description

• Oversee the ongoing development and execution of OneDigital’s national captive strategy and program growth • Collaborate with OneDigital stakeholders and local teams, captive clients, key carrier and vendor partners • Serve as an advisor and primary point of contact for local teams and captive clients while ensuring performance excellence • Coordinate all aspects of captive meetings, risk management and other solutions, the sales process, operations and workflows, regulatory compliance • Monitor and track premium revenues, loss ratios, and overall captive financial performance

Job Requirements

Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills—including experience presenting to executive audiences
Demonstrates strong relationship-building and communication skills, adept at influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders effectively
Possesses extensive expertise and deep industry knowledge of captive insurance structures, regulations, and risk management strategies
Be proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Adapt quickly to change, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a customer-centric mindset at all times
Willingness to travel as needed to support field offices and critical client engagements
